From comparing builders to the final walkthrough, we pay attention to the details to make sure everything is as perfect as you visioned

You Don’t Pay Us Anything

You might think it costs more to be represented by an agent when purchasing your home, but it actually costs you nothing. We are independent agents but it isn’t you who pays us, it’s the builders. While builders may offer you a consultant, it’s beneficial to have an independent agent like Ivie Avenue who represents YOU and not the builder.

Initial Consultation

We use this meeting to understand what’s most important to you. What you like, what you don’t like, your price range, desired location, etc. so we can provide the highest quality experience.

Compare Builders & Model Homes

In this stage we’ll compare the different Pricing Structures+ Standard Features + Neighborhood Availability between different builders. We’ll discuss the pros and cons of builders depending on the features that are most important to you.

Review Contracts & Deposits

We want you to feel confident with the process of purchasing your home. That means having someone in your corner to review and negotiate the contract terms to be in your favor. We are always happy to answer any questions or explain any terms. We’ll also discuss what to expect next with your deposits.

Design Center

Choosing your upgrades and the design of your home is an important step to customizing your home. If you are nervous, we have an interior decorator who understands what you like that can attend those meetings with you.

Construction

During construction, we do weekly checkins and in the later stages, we send picture/text updates of the progress. We do a 4 way walkthrough to ensure everything is constructed at the highest quality. You can text us at any time during construction to resolve any issues with the builders.

Final Walkthrough & Home Buyer Orientation

Ensuring the highest quality of your home is our number one priority. Before you close and move in, everything should be perfect. We do a Final Walkthrough to find any imperfections, even minor ones. We also do a Home Buyer Orientation to make sure you know how everything in your new home works.
