Choose An Agent

It can be a challenge to take the sentimentality out of selling a house to view it as a product. With one of our agents by your side, we take that responsibility on our shoulders. You can rest assured that you will get the best representation for marketing and selling your house at top dollar.

Determine Your Property Value

Your agent will help you determine your property value by creating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), by pulling information from surrounding and similar properties. Agents often look at data from the local Multiple Listing System (MLS) to properly and competitively price your home to sell.

Marketing and Exposure

After understanding your goals, we work with you to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. The first step is establishing online market exposure through the MLS that distributes your property information globally, through home search engines.

We prepare professional and compelling photography and visual media to market through social media and advertising/print materials. Yard signage, staging strategies and property showings and exposure are also discussed during this stage.

Negotiate Offers

Your agent will coordinate with all buyers and buyer’s agents on your behalf and present offers as they come in, and help you negotiate pricing and terms. Once you have accepted an offer, we collect their earnest money as a down-deposit. You are then officially under contract!

During the due-diligence period, your agent helps you understand the conditions, provisions and obligations of your contract and guides you through the appraisal, inspection and warranty process.

This is the most rewarding part of the home selling experience. At this point, negotiations are settled and the complex transaction process comes to a close and the lender will provide you with a check for your property. At closing, you will sign over your deed paperwork and hand over the keys. Now you are on to your next adventure!
